چکیده
Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to examine roles new proteins DARS2, Reelin, and Encurin in differentiation Clear-Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) Papillary (RCC). Clear-cell RCC is most common malignancy kidney, papillary second malignant this respect. They are neoplasms show similarity each other, both histologically morphologically, some cases. Differential diagnosis important because treatment approaches prognoses different. Although careful histopathological examination specific immunohistochemical markers for diagnosis, there no antibodies that can be used reliably search biomarkers continues regard.
Materials Methods: A total 30 cases were included study. Patients identified retrospectively by reviewing hospital database pathological reports. Pathological data obtained from medical archives pathology reports.
Results: It found significantly higher when compared clear-cell RCC.
 Conclusion: concluded may potential RCC.

Evaluation of Nuclear Morphometry and Ki-67 Index in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinomas: a Five-Year Study
Background and objective: Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (CCRCC) is the most common adult renal neoplasm. Staging and grading of RCC are important predictors of survival. Fuhrman nuclear grading is widely used for CCRCC, the subjective nature of which has prompted more objective methods to evaluate nuclear features. Furthermore, Ki-67, a reliable marker of cellular pr...
متن کاملDownregulation of TMEM40 by miR-138-5p suppresses cell proliferation and mobility in clear cell renal cell carcinoma
Background: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) represents approximately 70% of RCC,as the most frequent histological subtype of RCC. MiR-138-5p, a tumor-related microRNA (miRNA), has been reported to be implicated in the diverse types of human malignancies, but its role in ccRCCremains unclear. Objective: The study was designed to investigate the function...
متن کاملWhole lesion quantitative CT evaluation of renal cell carcinoma: differentiation of clear cell from papillary renal cell carcinoma
PURPOSE Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common subtype of renal cell cancer (RCC), followed by papillary RCC (pRCC). It is important to distinguish these two subtypes because of prognostic differences and possible changes in management, especially in cases undergoing active surveillance. The purpose of our study is to evaluate the use of voxel-based whole-lesion (WL) enhance...
متن کاملClear cell papillary renal cell carcinoma: micro-RNA expression profiling and comparison with clear cell renal cell carcinoma and papillary renal cell carcinoma.
Clear cell papillary renal cell carcinoma (CCPRCC) is a low-grade renal neoplasm with morphological characteristics mimicking both clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC) and papillary renal cell carcinoma (PRCC). However, despite some overlapping features, their morphological, immunohistochemical, and molecular profiles are distinct. Micro-RNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs that play a cru...
متن کاملMetastatic Renal cell Carcinoma Presenting as a clear-cell Tumor in Tongue: A Case Report
Introduction: Metastatic lesions of the oral cavity are extremely rare, accounting for approximately 1% of all malignant oral tumors. The most common primary sources of metastatic tumors in the oral region are, from the most to the least common, the breast, lung, kidney, bone, and colon. Renal cell carcinoma accounts for nearly 3% of all adult malignancies. It usually metastasizes to the lungs,...
